My TikTok Account Got Shadowbanned and Eventually Banned

A while ago, my TikTok views suddenly dropped to zero, and my videos stopped appearing on the For You Page (FYP). After experiencing this shadowban for a bit, my account was ultimately permanently banned.

I reinstalled the app and tried starting fresh with a new account, but every time I upload a video, the views remain stuck at zero, or the account gets blocked almost instantly.

I’ve heard that TikTok issues hardware-level bans (device bans). Does this mean it’s impossible to grow a new account on the same phone unless I get a brand-new device? Has anyone managed to overcome this device-level restriction?
