My Instagram Account Got Disabled

Out of nowhere, my Instagram account was suddenly disabled.

I’ve been trying to create a new account ever since, but every time I make one, it gets blocked right away.

If an account gets disabled, does that mean you can’t create any new accounts at all? Has anyone else experienced this issue?
