My YouTube Account/Channel Got Terminated

My YouTube account was suddenly terminated, even though I don’t recall violating any community guidelines.

Out of frustration, I tried creating a new Google account to start fresh with a new channel, but it keeps getting suspended or blocked right after creation.

If a YouTube account gets terminated, does that mean you can never create a new channel again using the same name, device, or internet connection? If anyone has gone through a similar situation and managed to resolve it, I would really appreciate your insight.
